From Loan to Own, Why an EV Experience Participant Went Electric
Matthias Marklin, a Teton County resident, has made the switch selling his internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle (aka gas vehicle) for a fully electric F150 Lightning, the truck he loaned when he participated in our EV Experience Program. Here’s what he has to say about buying an EV:
“Overall living with an EV has been a wonderful experience without regrets. I’d be shocked if I ever go back to an ICE vehicle, and have absolutely no desire to do so. At this stage with the public charging network it does take some planning or prep work before heading out on a trip to see where chargers are and plan ahead, but this primarily is something to consider with longer road trips outside of the typical radius closer to home.”
Wyoming Opens NEVI RFP
Today the Wyoming Department of Transportation just released their RFP for NEVI stations in the state of Wyoming. They have up to $17.9 million to fund up to 11 locations.

Women in Sustainability free networking event set for Weds. at Poppy | Buckrail
JACKSON, Wyo. — On Wednesday night from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., Yellowstone-Teton Clean Cities (YTCC) will host its quarterly Women in Sustainability networking event at the Poppy Coworking Space.
Attendees can expect to engage and network with other sustainability-minded people and brainstorm goals to carry into 2026 and beyond. The event will be facilitated by YTCC.
